Hi, I’m Jody DeBoer (MSW-LCSW).

For more than 30 years, I have had the privilege of working alongside children, adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate life's challenges and transitions. My professional experience spans child welfare, residential treatment, crisis intervention, family preservation services, community mental health, juvenile justice, clinical supervision, and private practice therapy.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to counseling. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, grief and loss, trauma, behavioral concerns, and life transitions. My approach integrates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and sensory-based interventions while honoring each person's unique experiences and goals.

Throughout my career, I have witnessed the resilience of people facing difficult circumstances. I believe that our mind, body, relationships, and life experiences are deeply connected, and that healing begins with understanding those connections. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to create meaningful change.

Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you as you build on your strengths, overcome obstacles, and create the life you want to live.
